At Bench, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Start Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure a smooth processing of your refund or exchange.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking number handy; we will notify you once your return has been processed.
